Meet the Coach-

Michelle is native to Australia. Born in suburb of Sydney, Egadine. Michelle grew up with a passion for horses spending most of her waking moments as a youth riding, training and competing in equestrian shows. Michelle planned to build her life around her horses, however sometimes life has other plans.

In her early twenties Michelle began working for Expediters and officially began her professional logistics career. Initially with the goal to financially support her passion for ponies but blossoming into an incredible professional career. after more than a decade at expediters she got hired with Apple. A life changing opportunity as with this change she found herself soon making the incredible relocation to Apple Singapore. Michelle spent 3 years roaming south east Asia while working with Apple in Singapore while building her skills and knowledge. Michelle then took a role in Austin Texas bringing her to the US for the first time. Michelle worked for the Apple Americas team providing high level expertise in regional logistics. After another 3 years in Michelle made another big move to take a role in Apples Global Logistics team moving to San Jose California. Here Michelle continued to cement her reputation as a Logistics expert. Michelle met her, now, Husband Jacob in San Jose and together they moved back to Austin Texas to pursue there dreams of better work life balance and to one day purchase their own property and have a small homestead.

It was here that Michelle took the leap to begin competing in Fit Model competitions and her outlook on health, wellness, nutrition and fitness began to change. For most of Michelle’s life she thought of healthy and attractive as “thin”. This outlook was not always healthy and over time Michelle began to heal her self image and found that building muscle and eating healthily instead of “less” was a much more well rounded approach. Michelle competed in her first Fit Model competition in December of 2025 and throughout this journey discovered a passion for nutrition. Michelle plans to continue competing in Fit Model competitions in the future.

Michelle completed her Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification in July of 2026 and has made the next goal to help women like her find balance, peace and success with their nutrition and fitness goals. Having spent over 25 years in a demanding high performance corporate field Michelle uniquely knows the challenges, pressure and difficulties of maintaining healthy habits within these high pressure fields.

The next part of Michelle’s adventure is likely why you are here reading this page. She wants to change the lives of women like her. Helping them improve their habits, achieve their goals and most importantly, find a better relationship with food and self image.
